Henry Spil, CPA, originally from Miami, Florida, has lived in Atlanta since 1997. He has nearly 20 years experience primarily in public accounting working with privately held business owners. In addition, Henry spent a year as the manager of a Trust Tax Compliance department for a major financial institution in Atlanta. Henry has significant experience in corporate, individual, trust and estate taxes and has represented numerous clients with federal and state (sales and use tax) tax audits.

Henry is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also on the Alumni Board at the Goizueta Business School at Emory, co-chair of the Endowment Committee at Ahavath Achim Congregation and, with his wife, is head of the Safety Committee in their neighborhood.

Henry lives in northeast Atlanta in the Brookhaven Fields community and is a big fan of "Oldies" music.
