Michael W. Jaye was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia with a degree in Finance in July 2002. He came to Verner, Bromberg & Cohen after working for a public accounting firm in California for three years. Currently, Michael is finishing up the necessary requirements to sit for the CPA exam.

Michael is an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and Kennesaw State University Alumni.

Michael lives in Woodstock, Georgia and his interests include reading, traveling, and live music. Also, he is an avid UCLA and Los Angeles Lakers fan.
